Discover local corners of the world
I’ve got a passion for the local side of things and am excited to launch this Blog where I’ll share my experience of places in a specific local area on my travels or places close to where I live in Devon, UK. I love telling a story in pictures and words about a place, a landscape, an area in the city, a swim or a walk and perhaps it will inspire you 🙂 …..
I find that whatever my reason for travelling, I can always do with some inspiration and ideas on what to take a closer look at round the corner from where you are. We could just be a few stone throws away from the most beautiful beach, but it is hidden behind a hill and there are no signs to it … Or a few streets away from a place of local historic interest, a place where butterflies live or a gallery or simply somewhere where you can get a good cup of coffee …. You could be a few minutes from there and not know these things ARE JUST ROUND THE CORNER. Well, let’s do something about that – so welcome to Round the Corner World – looking forward to share my journey …..!
